  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom Orders

  • Custom-made items (including personalized engravings, bespoke designs, or modified products) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges or store credit will be issued for eligible returns.
